"Upon check-in, it was clear the hotel has been undergoing some much needed renovations but there is still a lot left to do. The staff was very friendly but the room they gave me appeared to have been occupied so they moved me to another room. The room itself was OK. The bed was fairly nice. The "kitchen" had no coffee maker. Apparently, you have to get one from the front desk as well as any other kitchen amenities. I feel like a coffeemaker should be a given! The bathroom felt dirty and dingy. It seemed apparent that there are some permanent residents there.... lots of kids riding bikes and skateboards as well as lots of adults hanging out in front of their room in chairs and just general loitering. I will say that it seemed pretty quiet once it started to get dark but prior to that, there was a lot of noise outside. As a woman traveling alone, I have to say that I felt a little unsafe. The "breakfast" is nothing more than a grab and go kind of thing. So, all in all, not a place I can see staying at again."

"Clean, friendly staff, comfortable for a couple days"

"We had a nice relaxing visit in this Cozy Cabin! The porch door gate was perfect for our dog and we all loved the fire pit and the privacy. The only thing I would recommend is make sure you have 4 wheel drive, even in the spring. The Driveway is quite steep and we needed the 4 Wheel drive to make the turn mid driveway. Other than that, our stay was perfect!"

"When I went down for breakfast on Saturday morning at 8:30am, there was nothing out! The eggs were empty. The sausage was gone. The coffee was empty. There was no bread…. It was very disappointing. "

"The picture of the property was misleading. I thought the building shown was where we would be staying. Instead we were across the building in a very old house. The room was smaller than our bedroom at home so we were cramped. The TV wasn’t working, 3 different people came to look at it but couldn’t get it fixed. Good side, the staff was extremely friendly, especially the lady that sets up the breakfast, which was delicious. "
